VIDEO [CC] - Tutorial: how to do Nyle DiMarco hairstyle (ANTM - DWTS)
LOS ANGELES -- Cily Hairstylist new hair tutorial video and now Cily will teaching to you how to do Nyle DiMarco's hairstyle.
For first at all, who is him? He is the winner of the twenty-two edition of 'America's Next Top Model' and now he is in television in the program 'Dancing with the Stars'.
Nyle is Deaf but nobody can't stop him to do anything. He is the new hero of the Deaf comunity. He is a special and for this reason, Cily want to do his first English-Italian tutorial with Nyle DiMarco. Enjoy this video!
Take the hair dryer and dry hair back. Chewing the hair of the top with your fingers, like this. Nyle has wavy hair and we have to give our the same effect by moving your hands in this way.
Second Step:
Use the gel. sprinkle in the hands with wide circular movements then step on the side hair as much as possible, crawl your palms backwards.
Third Step:
Impregnate the hair of the upper part of the head with the gel, chewing it with your fingers.
Finally, open hands as a kind of scratch bringing all the hair backward dropping slightly a small tuft on the front side.

Deaf News - Exclusive: 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant Nyle DiMarco goes to hospital, gets stitches after rehearsal mishap.
LOS ANGELES -- Dancing With the Stars season 22 contestant Nyle DiMarco had to get stitches above his eye after a he was hit in the face during a rehearsal.
Video shows Nyle and his partner Peta Murgatroyd beginning to dance when she whirled around and accidentally plopped him in the face with her elbow.
The Deaf model takes the hit in stride, smiling while touching his eye.
Things had been going so much better for Peta, who marveled at the Deaf model when he took off his shirt to rehearse with her.
"Yes!" the dance pro said about him disrobing. "I'm totally fine with this."
Moments later, things were a bit bloodier.
"Oh, my God," Maksim Chmerkovskiy's fiance said as her dance partner ran to look at the wound in the mirror. "Are you okay? I'm so sorry. I have never hit anyone that badly in my whole life."
Nyle said, "I think I might need stitches."
Later, cameras showed Nyle outside of the hospital, with his eyebrow stitched together.
Via American Sign Language and through an interpreter, Nyle said, "So I just left the hospital. I had to get four stitches on my left eyebrow. I definitely realized today that dancing is definitely a full-contact sport and I like it!"
Hopefully the dance duo will have better luck on the dance floor. Peta knows a thing or two about dominating the dance floor, as she took home the Mirrorball Trophy with Donald Driver in season 14.
Nyle, too, knows about winning, as he won "America's Next Top Model" in it's 22nd cycle.
"It truly did take a toll on me mentally," he told Us Weekly after winning. "I even cringe when I watch myself on ANTM being all alone and sometimes brainwashed from 'only talking to myself.'"
He did find a silver lining in being Deaf during his ANTM stint.
"The only positive thing out of it is that I wasn't able to hear all the drama!" he said. "I'm relieved. Also, with the lack of communication, It has helped me to stay focused and think about how I can improve myself as a model."
"Dancing With the Stars" returns on ABC on March 21, at 8 p.m. ET.

VIDEO [CC] - Exclusively: Deaf News - A contestant won't be able to hear music on 'Dancing with the Stars' on the ABC TV series recap.
LOS ANGELES -- Newsy: Nyle DiMarco's Dancing with the Stars partner Peta Murgatroyd is learning American Sign Language, perhaps you know Nyle DiMarco. He's the latest winner of "America's Next Top Model," an actor and Deaf advocate. Now, Nyle is breaking more barriers.
Aside from making American Sign Language education steamier, he'll be the first fully Deaf male contestant on "Dancing With The Stars." DWTS season 22 debuts Monday, March 21 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
"I haven't danced at all growing up. So, we'll see what happens," DiMarco signed.
"How do you choreograph when he can't hear the music?" George Stephanopoulos asked.
"Honestly, it's more visual. It's more of a challenge for me this season, but it's a great one," Peta Murgatroyd answered. Good thing DiMarco is no stranger to challenges.
"Becoming the spokesperson for the Deaf community, and they need me. And it's a burden sometimes, but I'm willing to take that burden and change the world's perspective on Deaf people," DiMarco said.

Final revision of ASL translation on September 21, 2012. It was June 2012 when Wayne Betts gave one small suggestion in adding something to ASL. He signed SI5S. I expanded on that idea and made this version into the translation that I am fully content and will stick to this.

VIDEO: Marlee Matlin tweets concerns about a possible stem cell cure for deafness.
LONDON - British researchers have been able to rebuild nerves in the ears of gerbils, and it is believed the same technique could one day be applicable to Deaf humans. However, Oscar-winning actress Matlin, who has been Deaf since she was 18 months old, is worried about the implications of the development. Matlin has been tweeting her mixed feelings about the recently announced “stem cell cure” for deafness.
Matlin commented that millions of Deaf Americans who communicate in sign language do not regard deafness as a "handicap" or a "'disease' to cure." She posted these comments on Twitter: “Imagine how I must feel with my children with me at the grocery store and someone says "I heard there's a cure for your deafness!" Think.”
"Deafness cure" is trending. My concern is that it's bigger than a "trend." It involves people and not as simple as the 4 letters in "cure." According to The Telegraph, some Deaf people feel that they don’t need to be fixed by medical intervention. The National Association of the Deaf says that many profoundly Deaf people who sign consider themselves to be part of a unique linguistic group through sign language and a unique Deaf culture.

He is of Taiwanese descent, born to DEAF parents, but managed to discover his love for the most universal language, music.
Nate was the winner of the 2012 Kollaboration LA Asian American talent competition. In November of 2012, he will compete at the Kollaboration Finale at the Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
